Captioned Photos: How Long?

One of our (chastised males) favorite fantasies seems to be the possibility of longer and longer periods of  orgasm denial. I don't even know what the attraction is and I have these fantasies myself. I guess that's why they make such a good subject for captioned photos. Whether it's been a week, a month, or even longer, we always seem to want more.
